Cloud Zambia does not provide accounting, tax, legal, financial, or regulatory advice. Users are responsible for ensuring that all information entered into the platform—including customer information, invoice amounts, VAT, TPIN details, payment records, and other business information—is accurate and complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Use of Cloud Zambia Invoicing does not by itself constitute compliance with Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) requirements or any other statutory, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligation. Where required, users should consult a qualified accountant, tax professional, legal adviser, or the appropriate regulatory authority.

Payment records and receipts generated through the platform reflect information recorded by the user or their authorized team members. Unless a payment is processed through an integrated payment service specifically identified by Cloud Zambia, Cloud Zambia does not independently verify that funds were received.

Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate copies of invoices, receipts, supporting documents, and other records required for their business.

Cloud Zambia is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate information entered by users, unauthorized account access caused by a user's failure to safeguard their credentials, decisions made based on information generated through the platform, or service interruptions beyond Cloud Zambia's reasonable control.
